Pascoe Vale is one of those ‘location, location, location’ suburbs. Located only fifteen minutes from Tullamarine International Airport and twenty minutes from the CBD, Pascoe Vale is an attractive suburb for anyone with a commute. Located in the Moreland City local government area, Pascoe Vale has a population of 14900 residents.
In terms of public transport, Pascoe Vale is served by a train line, which is available at Pascoe Vale station. There is also a tram line beginning in Pascoe Vale South (Bell Street). This is the West Coburg tram on Route 58, which makes its way to Toorak through the city and past Royal park and the Melbourne Zoo.

The Victorian Space Science Education Centre (VSSEC), is located at Strathmore Secondary College. Those looking for an outdoor lifestyle will find Pascoe Vale attractive as the suburb is known for its parks and gardens, including Cole Reserve, Austin Reserve, Kelvin Thomson Reserve and Gavin Park. A fitness regime of walking or running, a pleasant place to stroll, or somewhere to walk the dog – Pascoe Vale has it covered.
There are a number of cafés and restaurants for the foodies, representing a cross section of international cuisine, including French, Turkish and Italian. As well, the RSL and the Pascoe Vale Hotel offer ‘bistro’ style meals and a place for a quiet drink. Shoppers are also spoilt, with DFO Essendon and Westfield Airport West, only ten minutes away by car.
